By accessing or using TiVDO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TiVDO
• Users under 18 require parental consent
• One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

TiVDO operates a points-based reward system. Points can be earned and used as follows:

Points Rules:

1. Points are non-transferable between accounts
2. Points have no cash value until converted through approved methods
3. We reserve the right to adjust point values and earning rates
4. Fraudulent point earning will result in account termination
5. Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or promote content that:

• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or self-harm
• Contains false or misleading information
• Involves spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Contains malicious software or viruses

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload
• By uploading, you grant TiVDO license to display and distribute
• You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms

Campaign Creation

• Campaigns must use points from your account balance
• Each campaign must comply with our content guidelines
• Campaign performance depends on viewer engagement
• We reserve the right to reject or pause campaigns

Campaign Restrictions

• No automated or bot-driven view generation
• No incentivizing viewers outside the platform
• Campaigns must target genuine viewer interest
• Multiple campaigns for same content may be limited

Withdrawal Process

• Minimum withdrawal amount may apply
• Withdrawals are processed within 7-14 business days
• Valid government ID may be required for verification
• Tax documentation may be required for larger withdrawals

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed in USD
• Exchange rates and fees may apply for international transfers
• We reserve the right to withhold payments for investigation
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be disabled
• Any unused points will be forfeited
• Pending withdrawals will be processed if eligible
• Your content may be removed from the Platform

Termination by TiVDO

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
• Required by law or legal process
• For operational or security reasons

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiVDO shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, points, or revenue
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• User-generated content or third-party actions
• Changes to point values or platform features

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
