- Do not upload content you did not create or do not have permission to use.
2. Copyright Infringement
- Do not upload any video, audio, image, or material protected by copyright unless you have written permission.
- Repeated copyright violations may result in account suspension or banning, and forfeiture of earnings.
- Our rules follow the same principles as YouTube’s copyright system.
3. How to Report Copyright Infringement
- If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at Tivdo.com@gmail.com with:
- Your name and contact info
- A link to the original work and the allegedly infringing content
- A statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- We will promptly investigate and, if necessary, remove the infringing content.
4. Counter Notice
- If your video is removed in error, you may file a counter notice. Email us with proof of your rights to the content.
- We will review your claim and, if valid, restore your content.
5. Repeat Infringers
- Accounts with multiple copyright violations may be suspended or terminated permanently.
- Earnings from infringing material will not be paid out.
